New Here?

We hope you’ll join us as we follow Jesus together!

Following Jesus Is What We Do Every Week

At Vertical Church, every Sunday service has been and always will be about the person and work of Jesus Christ. You can expect to hear the Bible preached in a way that is faithful to the text as well as applicable to your life. The musical worship is designed to lead every person to genuinely worship God, in spirit and in truth, and we respond to God’s Word every week through Communion, prayer, and giving. We would love for you to join us as we strive to follow Jesus together.

Helping Parents Raise A New Generation Of Jesus Followers

We believe that every generation of the church is called to follow Jesus in community. We are committed to walking alongside parents and guardians as they raise a new generation of Jesus followers!

On Sundays, children ages six weeks to 9 years old will experience age-appropriate teaching and activities designed to help them experience the love of Jesus and learn to follow Him! Each child goes through a secure check-in and check-out system to ensure the highest safety.

For our middle and high school students, Vertical Youth is a place for them to find Christ-centered relationships with their peers, learn to study God’s Word for themselves, and figure out how God has gifted them to serve the church.

General FAQ

We understand that attending a new church can sometimes be an intimidating experience. To help put your heart and mind at ease, we've answered some of our most frequently asked questions related to gathering with Vertical Church.

Where do I park?

We have a parking lot you can access from both Gayton road and Cambridge Drive. If the parking lot is full, street parking is available on Cambridge Drive.

What should I wear?

Our Sunday gatherings are “come as you are”. Some people dress up a bit, while others simply wear jeans and a t-shirt. If you join us for a service, please feel free to dress however you feel comfortable.

How do I become a member?

While membership is not prescribed in the Bible, we see it as a way for us to be more effective as we carry out the commands the Lord gives the Church. Therefore, we take membership seriously at Vertical Church, and that begins with our Membership Covenant. Please take a look, and reach out to one of our pastors with any questions you may have.

Do I have to be a member to participate at Vertical Church?

No! There are plenty of ways that you can serve and connect with us before you become a member! Take a look at our teams, and let us know where you feel gifted and called to serve!
